  • This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, motivation ands organizational commitment on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 2 Giriwoyo, Wonogiri Regency partially or simultaneously. The research data was obtained from the distribution of questionnaires and direct research. The total population in this study were 32 respondents using the census method. The analytical technique used is multiple linear regression test with hypothesis testing, namely F test, t test and coefficient of determination using SPSS version 25 application program. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture variables have a significant effect on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 2 Giriwoyo, motivational variables significant effect on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 2 Giriwoyo, organizational commitment variable has a significant effect on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 2 Giriwoyo. And the three variables of organizational culture, motivation and organizational commitment have a significant effect either partially or simultaneously on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 2 Giriwoyo, Wonogiri Regency.
