- The objective of this study is to describe: (1) The history of the Api Abadi Mrapen Land; (2) The management of Api Abadi Mrapen Land during 1963-2008; (3)The management of Api Abadi Land as a culture legacy; and (4) The relevance of Api Abadi Mrapen Land to the learning of Local history subject.This research used historical method. There is four stage in process of historical research; heuristics, criticsm, interpretation, and historiography. Technique of analyzing the data used historical analysis, give priority to criticsm sharpness and data interpretation. The source of the research used primary resource and secondary resource.Considering the result of this study, the following conclusion can be drawn: (1) The history of the Api Abadi Mrapen land is influenced by two factors, political and social factors; (2) The management of Api Abadi Mrapen land during 1963-2008 includes: (a) the management of Api Abadi Mrapen land during 1963-2004, and (b) the management of Api Abadi Mrapen land during 2004-2008; (3) The management og Api Abadi Mrapen Land as a cullture legacy is physical management and non physical management; (4) The relevance of Api Abadi Mrapen land to the learningt of local history subject is its usage as teaching material for local history subject.
