- Abstract: Development of Generic Science Skills Based Assessment at Practical of Physical Chemistry II. The goal of development research is developing generic skills – based assessment of practical of Physical Chemistry II based on Plomp. To testing validity of assesment was used content validity of the two experts as validator. While practicality is used to test a quistionare given to four assistants in Physical chemistry II and three lecturers responsible for the practical of physical chemistry II. Content validity test from expert for pra-eksperimen assessment koef validity 1,00 is valid, process eksperiment koef validity 1,00 is valid and the report eksperimen, koef validity 1,00 is valid. Overall the assessment tools based generic science skills (KGS) is valid because koef validity greater than 0.75. Average percentage of respons for the assistant is 96.23%. Test practically in terms of response to the respectively lecturers of assessment pre eksperiment is 94.45%. Avarage of positive response to the assessment from three lecturers are 94.98%. Based on criteria of practicality that 75% of respondents gave a positive response to each aspect, it can be concluded that the assessment tools that have been develoved practical use.
