- Abstract: Has made the development of teaching materials based on the reaction rate material STEM Problem-Based Learning valid, practical and effective ADDIE model. Teaching materials produced in the validation by experts (Expert Review) obtained an average score of 4.11 (valid). Stage one-to-one and small group gained an average percentage score of 80.68% (very practical). The results of the N-Gain learning outcomes trial class 0.76 (very effective) while the regular class 0.60 (effective). Based on N-Gain demonstrate student learning outcomes using STEM-based teaching materials Problem-Based Learning is better than on the learning outcomes of students who are not using STEM-based teaching materials Problem-Based Learning. The above stated teaching materials STEM-based material reaction rate Problem-Based Learning valid, practical and effective. Researchers advice for teachers and students to use teaching materials based STEM Problem-Based Learning in the learning process. Keywords : Research Development , STEM Problem - Based Learning
