- Abstract: This study aims to determine the improvement of student learning outcomes in chemistry subjects by applying models Auditory learning , Intellectually , Repetition ( AIR ) in SMAN 11 Palembang . The method used was Classroom Action Research ( CAR). The study was conducted in three cycles , where each cycle consisted of two meetings . Data collection techniques using the final test cycle and observation sheets . The test is used to determine student learning outcomes and observation sheet used to determine the students' activities. The average value of student learning outcomes prior to the action ( T0 ) of 53.90 with a passing grade of 32% . I cycle an increase in the average test score of 66.34 with a passing grade of 48% , due to the Auditory learning model , Intellectually , Repetition ( AIR ) . Cycle II an increase in the average - average test score of 77.61 with a passing grade of 76% , due to a teachers guide students to express their opinions , made a matter of discussion as in the example and the provision of reading assignments . Cycle III an increase in the average - average test score of 80.37 with a passing grade of 85.37 % , due to improvements made clear example handout , the teacher pointed to each representative group for the seminar , and setting a time more attention . The results showed that the application of Auditory learning model , Intellectually , Repetition ( AIR ) can improve student learning outcomes .
