  • Abstract: This research aims to enhance the activity and student learning outcomes through learning model Think Talk Write (TTW) subjects chemistry class XII IPA 2 SMA Srijaya Negara Palembang. This research is a class act, carried out in three cycles. Cycle I, II, and III consist of respectively 2 meeting. Data collection technique used observation sheets liveliness and test student learning outcomes. The average activity of students in the group on the first cycle of 54.07% second cycle of 64.8% and in the third cycle of 80.06%. The average score of student learning outcomes prior to the action (T0) at 68.05 with the completeness of 54.28%. The average score of student learning outcomes in the first cycle (T1) at 70.93 with the completeness of 61.76% increase due to the application of the learning model Think Talk Write (TTW). In the second cycle (T2) of 74.36 with a 73.52% increase completeness of because teachers motivate students to provide questions and comments during the discussion. In the third cycle (T3) of 85.04 to 85.71% because the students are guided writing down information or knowledge gained. The results showed that the learning model Think Talk Write (TTW) may enhance the activity and student learning outcomes, so it is advisable for teachers to implement learning model Think Talk Write (TTW) in order to increase activity and learning outcomes.
