  • This study aims to determine whether there is influence leadership on employee performance in PT.SP2J Palembang Variables in this study is the leadership as independent variables and Performance as a dependent variable. This study is a descriptive and qualitative research with a population of 40 people. Data collection method used is with questionnaire.
