This study aims to determine whether there is influence leadership on employee performance in PT.SP2J Palembang Variables in this study is the leadership as independent variables and Performance as a dependent variable. This study is a descriptive and qualitative research with a population of 40 people. Data collection method used is with questionnaire. The data obtained were tested with validity test, reliability test, partial test, and simple linier regression analysis. The data in this analysis is processed using the program Statistical for Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 23. 0. The results of this study indicate that leadership variables affect the performance of employees on PT.SP2J Palembang
