  • This research was conducted to determine the influence of leadership style on employee performance at social house of Marsudi Putra Dharmapala Jnderalaya. This study uses the primary data obtained through questionnaires. Respondents in this study were taken by using saturated sampling method or census, which is all employees consisting of 43 people who made the respondent in social home Marsudi Putra Dharmapala. Analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis by using program of SPSS 16 for windows.
