PENGARUH MOTIVASI BELAJAR, KEPERCAYAAN DIRI DAN KEAKTIFAN DALAM BERORGANISASI TERHADAP PRESTASI BELAJAR MAHASISWA AKUNTANSI UNIVERSITAS SRIWIJAYA

- This study aims to find out the effects of learning motivation, self-confidence and activeness in organizations partially and simultaneously on learning achievement among accounting students of Sriwijaya University.This was an associative study using the quantitative approach. The research population comprised students of the IMA (Ikatan Mahasiswa Akuntansi) who being a member during period of 2017-2018. The sample was selected by purposive sampling technique with a total of 77 respondents.The data were collected by a questionnaire and documentation. The data analysis technique was multiple regression analysis. The results of the study show that: (1) there is significant positive effect of learning motivation, self-confidence and activeness in organizations simultaneously on learning achievement among accounting students of Sriwijaya University; (2) there is a positive effect of learning motivation on learning achievement among accounting students of Sriwijaya University; (3) there is no effect on self-confidence on learning achievement among accounting students of Sriwijaya University; (4) there is a positive effect of activeness in organizations on learning achievement among accounting students of Sriwijaya University.
