  • Retno Indah Apriliyani, Analysis of Rubber Farmers' Income for Farmers After the New Rice Field Print Program in the Village of Mulya Guna, Teluk Gelam Sub-District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency.(Supervised by Dr. Ir. Najib Asmani, M.Si and Elly Rosana, S.P., M.Si). The purpose of this study was to: 1. Describe the characteristics of sample farmers who carried out a new paddy print program in Mulya Guna Village, Teluk Gelam District, Ogan Komering Ilir. 2. Calculate the income of sample farmers before and after the existence of a new paddy print program in Mulya Guna Village, Teluk Gelam District, Ogan Komering Ilir. 3. Calculate the difference in income of farmer samples before and after the existence of a new paddy print program in Mulya Guna Village, Teluk Gelam Sub-district, Ogan Komering Ilir. The research was conducted in the village of Mulya Guna, Teluk Gelam Subdistrict, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. Data collection was carried out in November 2018 until December 2018. The method used in this study is the survey method. The survey method was carried out directly by taking a sample which is part of the population by using the questionnaire as an instrument for collecting basic data and direct interviews with sample farmers in the village. In addition, secondary information was collected from supporting sources and links to this research. The results of the research that has been done can be concluded that 1. The characteristics of farmers in Mulya Guna Village, Teluk Gelam Subdistrict, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency include: the age of the farmers who are quite varied, namely between the ages of 35 to 64 years and are classified as productive ages, the level of education of farmers is relatively low, most of them are only elementary school graduates, the number of members families borne by farmers vary between 2 to 6 people, farming experience between 21-30 years, and the area of rubber farming is quite diverse, ranging from 1 to 5 ha while for the area of rice farming is 0.5 ha. Based on the Human Development Index (HDI) of Ogan Komering Ilir Regency is included in the upper middle class because the HDI value is 66.11 percent. Whereas for rubber farming that farmers do is quite good and can be seen from the average production that increased from 2015 to 2017 and for rice farms that are managed are getting better, namely for 2017 amounted to 886.59 kg/lg /th. 2. The average income of the sample farmers before starting a new paddy print program in 2015 was Rp. 37,544,732.50 per year with a percentage of 38.68 percent, while the average income of the sample farmers after the new paddy print program was Rp. 48,698,368.23 per year with a percentage of 61.32 percent. Which means it can be concluded that there is an increase in farmer income, for example in Mulya Guna Village. 3. There is a difference in the income of the sample farmers before and after the existence of a new paddy print program which is Rp. 11,153,635.73.
