  • This study aims to determine the effect of The Headmaster’s Leadership Style on teachers’ performance in Elementary School 13 Palembang. The population of this study is all teachers in Elementary School 13 Palembang that consist of 34 people and the sampling technique used in this study is census. The data collection method used in this study is a questionnaire. The analysis technique used in this study is simple linear regression analysis. Based on the result of the analysis concluded that The Headmaster’s Leadership Style has positive and significant effect on teachers’ performance in Elementary School 13 Palembang
