  • UPTD Motorized Vehicle Testing as one of the providers of motorized vehicle testing services in the city of Palembang cannot be separated from the demand to provide quality vehicle testing services in accordance with the demands and expectations of the community so that service users are satisfied with the services provided. UPTD PKB DISHUB Palembang City must have a customer-based performance measurement management system that is supported by information systems and information technology to integrate and store all Transportation Department data in UPTD motorized vehicle testing with the public, both by telephone and e-mail. This study aims to describe the application of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in an effort to improve services at the UPTD PKB of the Palembang City Transportation Office and describe the Quality of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Information System applied at the UPTD PKB of the Palembang City Transportation Office in improving services. This research uses the Appserv web server and Dreamweaver CS5 software.
