  • The stockpile is an area that has a high risk of exposure to coal dust and other dust because the stockpile area also involves coal collection, coal storage, coal smoothing, and coal shedding which is run by a conveyer belt so that all of these activities produce coal dust. Impacts that can be detrimental in terms of environmental health and the health of workers. Damage to the lungs is generally caused by coal dust particles that are determined ≤ 2.5 microns or PM 2.5. This research is a descriptive study of Environmental Health Risk Analysis method. Traders are being sampled in this study there were 10 workers. Ambient air samples tanken as many as three points in settlements using HAZ-Dust EPAM 5000. The concentration of coal dust PM 2,5 at the first point was 1,325 mg / m3, second point 2,175 mg / m3, and third point 6,846 mg / m3. Non carsinogenik of intake realtime value is 0,03600 mg/kg/day and non carsinogenik of intake lifetime value was 0,2158 mg/kg/day. While for realtime carcinogenic intake value 0,0347 mg/kg/day and lifetime carcinogenik intake value of coal dust 0,0926 mg/kg/day. The result based on intake value showed realtime dan lifetime Risk Quotient (RQ) value that all workers in the stockpile > 1,while for realtime ECR > 10−4 as many as 4 workers and ECR lifetime > 1 as many as 9 workers. It mean area have non carcinogenik effect risk and carcinogenic effect risk, so in the stockpile area have to reduce the concentration of agent risk, risk control, and using personal protective equipment.
