IMPLEMENTASI KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM MENGGUNAKAN METODE CASE BASED REASONING PADA BAGIAN ENGINEERING (Studi Kasus PT. Cerah Sinergi Sejahtera)

- This study conducted a system design with object maintenance using a case based reasoning method. This system is carried out for the improvement of building facilities located at the South Sumatra SUMSEL's Bank in Jakabaring, Palembang. In the case based reasoning method there are stages of retrieve, reuse, revise and retain. Case-based reasoning method is used to solve a problem by using a previous solution based on the level of similarity of the problem that occurred. To assess the similarity level of the problem, cosine similarity algorithm is used. the use of cosine similarity calculation algorithm will get a good level of similarity results. After doing 100 experiments to test the level of similarity using the cosine similarity algorithm of several problems, 84 trials were obtained that obtained the appropriate results. The success of the trial depends on how much data that you have.more data more accurate the calculation results.
