  • The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction on the performance of nurses at Dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu; (2) To determine the effect of organizational commitment on nurses' performance at Dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu; (3) To find out the moderating role of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on the influence of job satisfaction on nurses' performance at Dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu; and (4) To determine the moderating role of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on the influence of organizational commitment on nurses' performance at Dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu. This research is a type of survey research that is research that takes samples from a population using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The type of data used is primary data obtained through a questionnaire. The population in the study was nurses at Dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu, amounting to 177 people. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. The data analysis method used is quantitative descriptive analysis and SEM-PLS analysis. Based on the results of data analysis, the results are that: (1) From the results of data analysis it is known that the variables of job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a significant effect on the performance of nurses at RSUD dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu.. These results are meaningful if the better job satisfaction and organizational commitment the higher the nurse's performance; (2) Variable job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses at RSUD dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu.. Thus, the hypothesis formulated in this study which reads job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on acceptable performance. This result is significant if the higher the job satisfaction, the higher the nurse's performance; (3) OCB behavior plays a role in moderating the effect of job satisfaction on the performance of nurses at RSUD dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu. This means that job satisfaction has an influence on performance reinforced by OCB nurse behavior; and (4) OCB behavior plays a role in moderating the influence of organizational commitment on the performance of nurses at RSUD dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu. This means that organizational commitment has an influence on performance reinforced by OCB nurse behavior.
