PERENCANAAN PENGENDALIAN LOT PEMESANAN PASIR UNTUK PRODUK BETON PRACETAK MENGGUNAKAN METODE EOQ DAN ALGORITMA WAGNER WITHIN DENGAN BATASAN KAPASITAS GUDANG

- ABSTRAK Pada masa pemerintahan saat ini pembangunan infrastruktur sedang dilaksanakan dengan gencar guna mengejar ketertinggalan dari negara lain dan pemerataan ekonomi masyarakat. Tentunya pabrik produk beton pracetak akan sangat berperan dalam hal pembangunan infrastruktur tersebut. Terutama perusahaan plat merah milik negara yang sejatinya mendukung kebijakankebijakan pemerintah. Demi mencapai itu semua maka diperlukan pengendalian bahan baku yang baik guna mencapai target perusahaan dan efisiensi biaya, maka dari itu PT Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk sebaiknya menerapkan metode pemesanan ekonomis dengan EOQ atau Algoritma Wagner Within dengan batasan gudang guna efisiensi biaya dan kapasitas lahan. Dengan metode tersebut didapatkan hasil terbaik dengan metode EOQ yaitu Persediaan pasir dan total biaya terkecil yang sesuai dengan area gudang pabrik periode tahun 2020 ialah sebesar pemesanan 9750 M3 ( Tidak melebihi luas gudang <18015 M3 ) dengan biaya sebesar Rp1.864.095.810 dengan persentase efisiensi 94 %. ABSTRACT During the current goverment, infrastructure development is being carried out intensively in order to catch up with other countries and the economic equality of the people. Of course the precast concrete product factory will be very instrumental in terms of infrastructure development. Especially the state-owned enterprises that actually support government policies. In order to achieve all of that, it is necessary to have good control of raw materials in order to achieve company targets and cost efficiency, therefore PT Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk should apply an economical ordering method with EOQ or Wagner Within Algorithm with warehouse constraints for cost efficiency and land capacity. With this method, the best results obtained with the EOQ method, namely the inventory of sand and the smallest total cost in accordance with the factory warehouse area in the year 2020 is the order of 9750 M3 (Not exceeding the warehouse area <18015 M3) with a cost of Rp1,864,095,810 with a percentage of efficiency 94%.
