  • ABSTRAK Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan karir dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Lembaga Ketahanan Nasional Republik Indonesia. Objek penelitiannya adalah pegawai Lembaga Ketahanan Nasional Republik Indonesia yang berlokasi di Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 87 orang responden, berdasarkan tanggapan responden dilakukan uji validitas, uji normalitas, multikolineritas, heteroskedastititas dan linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel pengembangan karir dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Lembaga Ketahanan Nasional Republik Indonesia di Jakarta. Oleh karena itu hasil uji penelitian menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara parsial antara pengembangan karir dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai di Lembaga Ketahanan Nasional Republik Indonesia. Kata kunci : pengembangan karir, disiplin kerja, kinerja pegawai. ABSTRACT This study is to determine the effect of career development and work discipline on employee performance at The National Resilience Institute of The Republic of Indonesia. The object of his research is employees of The National Resilience Institute of The Republic of Indonesia, located in Jakarta. This research was conducted on 87 respondents, based on the respondents' responses, the validity test, normality test, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity and multiple linear tests were conducted. The results of this study indicate that partially career development variables and work discipline affect employee performance at The National Resilience Institute of The Republic of Indonesia in Jakarta. Therefore the results of the research test state that there is a partial influence between the variables of career development and work discipline affecting the performance of employees in The National Resilience Institute of The Republic of Indonesia.
