PENGARUH KINERJA KEUANGAN TERHADAP KEBIJAKAN DIVIDEN DAN IMPLIKASINYA PADA NILAI PERUSAHAAN (Studi Emiten Sub Sektor Otomotif dan Komponen Tahun 2009-2018)

- ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis perilaku dividen payout ratio dan nilai perusahaan studi emiten sub sektor otomotif dan komponen di bursa efek indonesia tahun 2009-2018. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan sub sektor otomotif dan komponen di bursa efek indonesia tahun 2009-2018 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia yaitu berjumlah 13 perusahaan. Teknik yang digunakan dalam menentukan sampel yaitu purposive sampling, sehingga sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 4 perusahaan yang tergabung dalam sub sektor otomotif dan komponen yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2009-2018. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dan analisis linear sederhana dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS v.21 Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan CR berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap DPR , DAR berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap DPR, NPM berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap DPR, ITO berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap DPR dan DPR berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap MBV. Kata Kunci: Dividend Payout Ratio, Market Book Value, Current Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio, Net Profit Margin, Inventory Turn Over. ABSTRACT The purpose of this research was to determine and analyze the behavior of stock dividend payout ratio in automotive and components sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2009-2018. The population in this research were all automotive and components sub-sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, which are 13 companies. The technique used in determining the sample is purposive sampling, so the total sample in the study are 4 companies incorporated in the automotive and components sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2009-2018. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS v.21 application. The results of this research indicate that CR has a negative and significant effect on DPR, DAR has a positive and not significant effect on DPR, NPM has a negative and significant effect on DPR, ITO has a negative and not significant effect on DPR and DPR has a significant negative effect on MBV.
