  • This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on the performance of employees of Sub-branch of PT. Bhanda Ghara in Mataram. The type of research conducted is associative causal. The method of data collection in this study is the census method. The population in this study were employees of Sub-branch of PT. Bhanda Ghara in Mataram. Respondents in this study were 35 people. The data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. Research results, namely: 1) Variable organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of Sub-branch of PT. Bhanda Ghara Reksa in Mataram. 2) Variable job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of Sub-branch of PT. Bhanda Ghara Reksa in Mataram. 3) Variable job satisfaction has the most dominant influence on the performance of employees of Sub-branch of PT. Bhanda Ghara Reksa in Mataram.
