  • NI MADE WIDNYANI. 8105154313. The Effect Of Academic Supervision and Teacher’s Professionalism On Economic Teacher Performance in SMA Negeri in Jakarta . This research was conducted at a state high school in Jakarta for three months from January 2020 to March 2020. The method used in this study was a survey method. The data used in this study is quantitative data using data analysis (path analysis) path analysis. The population in this study is the economics teacher of state high schools in Jakarta. This sampling uses Cluster Random Sampling. The sample in this study was published by 105 economics teachers in state high schools in Jakarta. The results of this study are: (1) Having the influence of Academic Supervision has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Professionalism. (2) Contributing Academic Supervision has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance. (3) The role of teacher professionalism has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance. (4) Contributing Academic Supervision has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance through Teacher Professionalism. (5) Has the Effect of Academic Supervision and Teacher Professionalism on Teacher Performance Keyword : Academic Supervision , Teacher’s Professionalism and Economic Teacher Performance
