The aim of this study is to determine the effect of gender diversity and level education in board of commissioner to the firm performance of non-financial firms listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period of 2013-2017. Independent variable used in this study is gender diversity that contains proportion of women in board of commissioner and dummy level eduaction of women in board of commissioner. Dependent variable used in this study is firm performance which is proxied by Return on Asset (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), and Tobin’s Q. This study also used 5 (five) control variable, these are firm size, leverage, liquidity, growth opportunitie, and cash flow. The data used in this study is annual report of non-financial firms that are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2013-2017. The sampling method of this study is purposive sampling. The research model used is panel data analysis with Fixed Effect Model approach and Random Effect Model. The results obtained from this research that gender diversity and education level have no effect to firm performance.
