  • The purpose of this research are: 1) To know the description for the job satisfaction, organizational commitment and turnover intention at PT Citra Ina Feedmilll Jakarta, 2) To know the influence job satisfaction on turnover intention at PT Citra Ina Feedmilll Jakarta 3) To know the influence commitment organizational on turnover intention at PT Citra Ina Feedmilll Jakarta, 4) To know job satisfaction and organizational commitment can predict turnover intention at PT Citra Ina Feedmilll Jakarta. This research is taken 93 emloyee at PT Citra Ina Feedmilll Jakarta. The technique of data collection used method by distributing questionnaires, which then processed with program SPSS version 22.0. This research using descriptive analysis and explanatory. The result of regression shows that there is negative and significant influence job satisfaction on turnover intention, there are negative and significant influence organizational commitmentl on turnover intention. Job satisfaction and organizational commitment can predict turnover intention with Fcount > Ftable (64,662 > 3,097) and significant (0,000 < 0,05).
