This study aims to determine how much influences of leadership and motivation on the perfomance of economic teachers in private high schools in East Jakarta, conducted from April to Juny 2012. this study uses a survey method with the corelational aproach. In this research, the population is economic teacher in 130 private high schools , and then 30 teacher is the population sampled. Results of data analysis techniues as follows : all variables on this study have normal distribution and satisfy the assumption of linearity. Optained multiple regression equation Y= 30,519 + 0,373X1 + 0,521X2. Test of regression coefficients simultaneously using ANOVA tables. This shows a significant and influential regression simultaneously, test of partial correlation using correlation tables. Test of variable X1 get tcount = 3,421 and t critical = 2,052. This indicated variable X1 is influence of variable Y. Test of variable X2 gets t count = 4,259 and tcritical = 2,052. This indicated varible X2 is influence of varible Y. Test yield coefficients of determination R2 = 0,711. This indicated that 71,1% variable Y influenced by variables X1 dan X2. Regression model in this study free of oberrations of classical assumptions, namely the absence of symptoms of multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity and autocorrelation. Based on this research can be drawn the consclution that there is the influences of head master leadership and work motivation on the perfomance of economic teachers.
