- Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peningkatan prestasi belajar siswa dengan Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kinerja matematika siswa dengan menggunakan model Number Heads Together untuk meningkatkan kemampuan KPK dan FPB minimal 65 untuk mencapai KKM (65) Model tersebut membimbing siswa dalam bekerja sama, bertanya dan menjawab, menemukan jawaban, dan menjelaskan Proaktif dalam hal penjelasan dan penjelasan, serta memperhatikan materi yang dikenalkan oleh teman. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan oleh rekan peneliti dan guru IV SDN Bringin II Tambelengan melalui 3 siklus. Lakukan 2 pertemuan per siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari empat kegiatan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan evaluasi, dan refleksi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, hasil yang dicapai pada setiap siklus mengalami peningkatan. Pada siklus I persentase aktivitas siswa adalah 57,7%. Pada siklus II persentase aktivitas siswa 69,5%, siklus III persentase aktivitas siswa 80%. Demikian pula hasil evaluasi siswa pada setiap siklus juga mengalami peningkatan. Pada siklus I nilai rata-rata 59,11 dan hanya 7 siswa atau 41% dari nilai ketuntasan dapat dilihat pada Lampiran 17 halaman 100. Pada siklus II nilai rata-rata 64,85 dengan 11 siswa atau 64% ketuntasan. Pada siklus III nilai rata-rata 78,23% dan 17 siswa atau 100% tuntas. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh dapat diketahui bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran “Leading Numbers” dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas IV SDN Bringin II Tambelengan.Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in student achievement. Based on the research results, the results achieved in each cycle have increased. In the first cycle, the percentage of student activity was 57.7%. Likewise, the results of student evaluations in each cycle also increased. In the first cycle, the average score was 59.11 and only 7 students or 41% of the completeness value can be seen in Appendix 17 on page 100. In the second cycle, the average score was 64.85 with 11 students or 64% completeness. In the third cycle, the average score was 78.23% and 17 students or 100% complete. Based on the results obtained, it can be seen that the use of the learning model "Leading Numbers" can improve mathematics learning outcomes for fourth-grade students of SDN Bringin II Tambelengan.
