  • The correlation between watching cartoons film on television with the child discipline learning time in home. This research was conducted in MI Nurul Hikmah Malang, East Java. Method that was used to determine the respondents was Purposive Sampling. This research method uses a survey with quantitative approach. Explanatory research with correlation analysis and the population as much as 178 students with purposive sampling technique obtained 82 students on class 4, 5 and 6. Technique analysis data in this research is description analysis technique and inferensial analysis technique Rank Spearman. The technique for gathering data is quesionare. The result of this study show there is a correlation between watching cartoons film on television with the child discipline learning time in home. The conclusion of this study is there was significant relationship between watching cartoons film on television with the child discipline learning time in home. The correlation coefficient obtained for - 0.323 with rate significant 0.003. This value ranges between 0 - 1, which means the relationship between watching cartoons film on television with the child discipline learning time is included in the category of low correlation, because this value ranges between 0.2-0.4. In this case H0 is not accepted and H1 is accepted, that there is a significant relationship (negative relationships) between watching cartoons film on television with the child discipline learning time in home.
