- Satisfaction is a level of feeling that will arise after comparing the reality of health service performance to the expected. Public Health Center as First level health facility should be able to conduct public health efforts. The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors related to the patient satisfaction of obstetrics referral in Kedungmundu Public Health Center.This research was conducted in the area of Semarang. Types of descriptive analytical research with Cross Sectional approaches. The population of this study is all patients with obstetrics in the Kedungmundu Public Health Center. in June to July 2019, samples are all populations that comply with the criteria of inclusion and pass the exclusion criteria. Sampling with Total Sampling, sample count of 30 respondents. Collection of data using questionnaires, analysed univariate and bivariate using Chi-Square test.The results of univariate test showed good patient assessment of the tangible 60%, Reliability 50%, Responsiveness 66.7%, Assurance 66.7%, Empathy 76.7%. The Chi-Square test results indicate the relation between tangible (p-value = 0.034), reliability (P-value = 0.001), Responsiveness (P-value = 0.007), and no relationship between assurance (P-value = 0.384), and Empathy (P-value = 0.034), to the patient satisfaction of obstetrics referral in Kedungmundu Public Health Center in Semarang. In conclusion is relation between tangible, reliability, respon-siveness with the satisfaction of patients referral obstetrics in Kedungmundu Public Health Center of Semarang, and nothing relation between assurance and empathy with the patient satisfaction of obstetrics referral in Health centers of Semarang.
