- This research entitle Influence of Investment And Amount Labour to Output of is Effort Industrial Home of Godly Soybean Cake of Town of Kediri. As effort business which orienting advantage also, industrial home which represent one of the small industry type ought to apply good management and planning ready area of raw material, production process, depository result of production, and marketing of production result. Intention of this research is to know how big influence of labour amount and investment to output at effort industrial home of godly soybean cake in Town of Kediri. To know how big influence af labour amount and investment to output at effort industrial home of godly soybean cake of Town of Kediri hence used by analyzer test double linear regression. Pursuant to result of result and research analyse data, hence known that investment variable (Xl) and labour amount (X2) collectively / together is same to have an effect on to output (Y) equal to 38,2 % supported with F (calculate) equal to 7,413 bigger than F table equal to 2,46 and its storey, level is equal to 0,001. Pursuant to result of analysis, that is investment (Xl) having an effect on to output (Y) hence shall industrial home more focused investment variable but don t disregard labour factor.
