  • The development of the café has very increasing happening in Malang area. One of the café in Malang is the Ora Ngiro Café. The problems that occur in the Café Ora Ngiro has a production process that has a long distance constraints and service process to the customers. The purpose of this research had to know the layout of spatial layouts that correspond to customer feedback, to know the conditions of spatial layout in Café Ora in that suits the needs and targets of the company and know the effort Should be done to resolve room layout problems in Café Ora Ngiro. The study used the analysis of the scale range of the 90 respondents who had been determined using non-probability methods as population retrieval using the questionnaire for data collection, form to chart method analysis to Minimising distance-oriented and qualitative analysis to know the process of service to customers. The results of the study revealed the spatial layout was positive and significant to the customers and the company.
