- The construction of the East Java SNVT flats in Pasuruan Regency was selected as the object of the study due to its delay. One of the effective methods of duration acceleration is the time-cost trade-off method. It comprises the addition of work-hour (four hours). The duration acceleration was conducted through two steps, i.e. the crashing program which focused on the critical activities on critical paths and the time-cost trade-off method which focused on the compression of construction duration conducted on the activities on the critical paths. The results showed that the cost overrun for the addition of work-hour was IDR 23.997.331,00.
