- This study aims to find out the main suppliers of raw materials on CV. Damar Ayu uses the factor rating method with the criteria of quality, price, delivery time, warranty and complaint services, and impressions. Data collection techniques use interview techniques and questionnaires to respondents who are directly involved in the supplier selection process. After analysis using the factor rating method, the results are obtained that UD. Budi Karya is a supplier with the highest score with a value weighing 76.3 This indicates that UD. Budi Karya is the best supplier compared to other suppliers and makes UD. Budi Karya as the main supplier on CV. Damar Ayu.
