- Plumbing system is one of the most important things that must exist in a building. Plumbing system is a piping and equipment to provide clean water and disposal of water that is unused wi thin the building. Fire hydrant system is a piping system for firefighting in a building using a pressurized fire extinguisher that is channeled through pipes and fire hose. To meet the needs of clean water in a 5-storey building with 280 occupants required clean water 4.2 m3 / hr with an effective capacity of Ground Water Tank for clean water 12 m3 and for fire hydrant 180 m3, effective capacity of Roof Tank 8 m3, and the capacity of container equalization 7.5 m3. In planning the provision of clean water also uses the help of software Pipe Flow Expert to check the pressure at each node. Other results obtained from this plan are the diameter of clean water pipes, waste water (dirty and used water), fire hydrant and pumps required.
