- Current tecknology in the field of construction is always experiencing growth, so that the competition between the contractors is inveitable. The condition is very profitable for both parties namely investors and contractors as service users. On the other hand requires a high level of expertise and accuracy for contractors in choosing the type of materials, to estimate costs, and determine the method of implementation so that the cost offered more efficient, and shorter implementation time with quality that can be accountable so as to save costs.The purpose of this plan is to compare the use of different formwork method that is system method (PERI) with method of semi system hollow reinforcement system 50.50.2 in terms of both cost and time aspect. For both methods are conducted literature studies and data collection and calculation on strengthening bekisting, the formwork calculation of material needs, analysis of productivity and duration and cost calculation work. From calculation of the cost of wall and plate work on the building project Radiotherapy Lavalette Hospital Malang known the cost of fromwork system (PERI) is Rp 7.309.598.135,00 billion while the cost is used for formwork method of semi-system that is equal to Rp 7.894.830.439,00 billion with a difference of 44 days longer work for semi formworks.
