- The case about sexually transmitted disease and reproductive health in the era of millennial significant .Proven by the contagious infection data sex in indonesia reach 3,287 cases within the period of 3 month only ( october-december 2017 ) .Is that the case has dominated in women and the generation teenagers occupying the position of number 2 , after the first position of an adult woman .In this case , government had already have institute that is responsible and handle regarding the case , but in fact they made in indonesia is only 38 % teen who was terliterasi regarding the program krr ( adolescent reproductive health ) and only 30 % the youth in east java terliterasi about krr . Because problems above researchers interested researched the how the communication that is formed from the process of literacy reproductive health in teenager conducted by BKKBN. The kind of research based on the qualitative is that this poses a descriptive , by applying a technique over the withdrawal of funds the sampling method of purposive the sampling method of , by getting 6 a subject of study are in accordance with the criterion in selection of participants .The research was being conducted the raids took place from february of ensei twelfth year 2018 all the way up to up to june is 2018 .The technique of of the data analysis using analysis interactive miles and huberman (data collection, the reduction of the data, data presentation used to, and the withdrawal of a conclusion) by the use of the test and been approved credulity as a test of data is not tampered with. The result showed the communication in literacy teenager reproductive health, BKKBN uses a tufted complex pattern communication, and the process is estafet. The communication estafet it is of many patterns communication lasting gradually and communicator must also of a power function or communictor a credible. The communication consisting of various that would be revealed that language and bringing in accordance with the komunikan or teenage receiving the information. .But limitations on technology, conducive ( regional autonomy ) and human resources komunikan also affect and hinder process of receiving information.All the results above to be supported by evidence of 6 ( six ) people to the subject of study and documents and photography from the observation.
