- Processing is one way to increase tuber storage life. Processing will increase food diversification and reduce crop losses. Some crops are seasonal or nonexistent throughout the year. At harvest time, tuber production is abundant, but outside of harvest season, tubers are hard to find. This condition causes the economic value of some tuber commodities at harvest season is very low, even sometimes have no economic value at all. in the presence of vaccum frying machine is expected to provide solutions in the field of agriculture which can meberi innovation processed fruit that is varied to add more income.
