- The purpose of this study is to describe the quality of working life, job satisfaction To describe, to analyze the quality of work life significant effect on job satisfaction, To analyze which variables that have the most influence on job satisfaction. The analytical tool used in this research is by using Scale analysis and multiple linear regression. Based on the results of research and discussion that has been done, it can be concluded that, quality of work life that consists of participation, communications, safety and career development at PDAM Gresik in the category of low job satisfaction of employees consisting of feelings about the work itself, a feeling about quality control supervision, a feeling of salaries and wages, feelings about promotional opportunities, feelings about co-workers fall into the low category, Quality of work life significant effect on job satisfaction of PDAM Gresik, Communication most influence on job satisfaction of PDAM Gresik.
