  • This research aims to test the influence of of organizational climate on job satisfaction employees at the Department of Marine and Fisheries District Lumajang, examine and analyze the influence of motivation on employees job satisfaction at the Department of Marine and Fisheries District Lumajang, and examine and analyze the influence of organizational climate and motivation together on job satisfaction of employees at the Department of Marine and Fisheries District Lumajang. The sample size consisted of 47 respondents taken by non-probability sampling and sampling methods saturated. The data was analyzed by using the scale range and multiple linear regression. The results show organizational climate and motivation have an influence in pairs and together on job satisfaction with value Adjusted R Square is 0.667, the meaning dependent variable explained of independent variable is 66.7% while its remain 33,3% is explained by other.
