- This study aims to describe the performance of Unit of Financial Management Board Secretariat on Public Keswadaayan Kanjuruhan. Data analysis was performed by assigning scores of "1" on the item that has been done and in accordance with the provisions. Based on the results of research that has been done, it can be deduced Financial Management Unit (UPK) has had a very good performance. Judging from the books that do, such as the cash books, account books using the name of the UPK and the achievement of other performance indicators. Although there is a value of 0 in a few months for 2 years, but the performance of UPK can still said to be very good because at the end of all existing indicators on UPK met. And when viewed from its financial performance has also acquired the category of UPK satisfactory, since the UPK has been able to guide KSM, so KSM is able to return the loan and avoid congestion on the return of a revolving loan. This is reinforced by the realization of total UPK funds expended for revolving loans smaller than the total obtained after the return of a revolving fund UPK. Although UPK not obtain the maximum profit but profit above UPK can obtain a loan fee that KSM ≥ 3 months in arrears and arrears covering the period KSM. And performance of the secretariat in 2010 and in 2011 obtained a very good performance, as seen from the percentage of scores that reached 100% and the fulfillment of all the indicators in December. With the acquisition of these percentages can be said BKM secretariat has been able to carry out tasks that give the government to achieve poverty reduction by 50% in 2015.
