- The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of accounting student’s perception of the auditor work enviroment on their choice to have a career as an auditor in the KAP. The indicator of auditor work environment that used refers to the instrument developed by Dezoort et al. The research method used is descriptive method with survey approach. Data collected by spreading questionnaire to S1 program’s accounting in Maranatha University and Parahyangan University. The hypothesis has used reliability analysis and Correlate analysis. The result of the analyses shows that the accounting student’s perception of the auditor work environment have a significant influence but the influence of small on their choice to have a career as an auditor.
