- Business process modelling is an activity to understand the business process within an organization. Business process is a very important activity in the company for example: like banking industry, to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the workflow. In this research, the existence of a business process structured will increase the sense of trust and safety for clients to conducting financial transactions with teller of Bank X. The purpose of this research is to present the existing business processes in Bank X when the customer makes deposits and takes money. IDEF0 Framework is a business process modelling technique. IDEF0 focuses on defining what the business does or should be doing through top-down analysis. The core of business processes followed by detailed models of the subprocesses. Sources of data obtained by conducting interviews and observations to the company. The result of this research using IDEF0 Framework show that existing business processes can be described in greater detail and well structured, because IDEF0 Framework describe inputs and outputs of the process are described as well as who is authorized to carry out the process.
