  • This study aims to find out how the results of applying Time Token cooperative learning model on the ability to understand the concept of students of class IV A as experimental class I and class IV B as experimental class II using direct learning model on SDN Panancanagan 3 academic year 2017/2018 at subjects of Social Sciences especially in the subject matter of Natural Resources and Utilization for Economic Activities. The type of research used is quasi experiment with design research nonequivalent control group design. Based on the result of the research, it shows that there is a difference of concept comprehension ability between learners using Time Token cooperative learning model with learners using direct learning model, can be seen from the two-t test that is 5.18> 1.63, then HO is rejected Ha accepted. The concept comprehension ability between learners using Time Token cooperative learning model is better than learners using direct learning model, it can be seen from the one-party test that is 5.18> 1.61, then HO rejected Ha accepted. Thus it can be concluded that there is a difference in the ability of conceptual understanding between learners using cooperative learning model Time Token with learners using direct learning learning model.
