- K3 risk management is an attempt to manage risk K3 to prevent accidents, one of the most important resources in the company is human resources. Therefore according to this study is the identification of risk using methods HIRA and FTA in which HIRA conduct a risk assessment and FTA to analyze a system failure, potential hazards are identified potential hazards sebayak 51 potential hazards of working in Area Batching Plant consisting of 8 area as area identification. Potential hazards identified further assessment with FTA Method of determining the incidence of the base in any potential extreme of the potential hazards identified in the working environment Area Batching plant. Potential danger with extreme categories contained in the room where the operator, a mixer truck, Truck Undeground Remix place, and the place Shotcreter Undeground. To reduce the risk of workplace accidents in the area batching plant needs to do a routine inspection of the equipment operator, used electric current damper on any electrical equipment, create water storage areas for the process of mortar socrete, and adhere to existing SOPs.
