- This study was conducted to examine the effect of Earning Per Share (EPS) and Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) On Stock Return Primary And Industry Company Listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2009-2013. This type of research is quantitative research. This study uses literature research. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling and the number of samples used as much as 20 companies. Variables used in this research are earning per share (EPS) and debt to equity ratio (DER) as an independent variable also stock return as the dependent variable. The analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression. Data processing research done using SPSS version 20. The result of this analysis showed that partially earning per share (EPS) and debt to equity ratio (DER) has no significant effect on stock return.
