- Banten province, there are several cities such as the city of Cilegon that many urban transportation route is still expanding various problem, in this case the researchers suspect that operate less optimal trajectory ministry, especially the route No. B01 route Cilegon - Bojonegara PP). Therefore it is necessary to do research on Performance Evaluation City Transport Services In Kota Cilegon Cilegon, especially on stretch - Bojonegara PP. This study passes through two stages of data collection, the first stage is done to determine the number of samples by using simple random sampling method and the second phase is done to collect data on transport performance indicators using the standards of the Public Transport Services Directorate General of Land Transportation 1999 The results showed that urban transport route No. B01 ( Cilegon - Bojonegara ) earned a total weight of 20 criteria GOOD But there should be an increase in particular on performance indicators : travel speed , travel time , service time and number of buses in operation as well as the beginning , the end of the trip and the beginning and end of the trip , all of which fall into the criteria MEDIUM. From the results of performance indicators : LFjam busy , Headway , Frequency and operates a fleet of travel time included in the criteria GOOD . And the results of questionnaires passengers town of Cilegon - Bojonegara in can Security with points ENOUGH 56 % , Safety ENOUGH 62 % , Leisure LESS 60 % , Affordability LESS 47 % , Equality ENOUGH 55 % , and Order LESS 56 % , obtained total their full with points ENOUGH 47 %
