- This research aims to know the correlation between the weight of muara grouper (Epinephelus coioides) and the infection level of the stage III larva (L3) Anisakis sp. at PPP Mayangan Probolinggo. This research was a laboratory explorative research. The first step was sampling, followed by measuring the weight, length, and width of muara grouper. The next step was muara grouper dissection, and the last step was identifying larva with a natif method and carmine coloring which was observed with light microscope 100x and drawn by microscope camera lucida. The findings of the research concluded that the weight of muara grouper influence the infection level of Anisakis sp. larva with correlation value of 0.635 and significant value of 0.003 or <0.01.
