- The Research’s background is the rapid growth of technology where various IT products makes every information in the world accessible in a relatively short time. Problem shown in this research is how is the relevance of 3D e-Books collections availability towards the compliance of clients’ information needs in the Library of UPT BIT-LIPI Bandung. The research aims to know (1) Relevance of 3D e-Books collections availability towards the compliance of clients’ information needs for Library of UPT BIT-LIPI Bandung; (2) Relevance between 3D e-Books collections updated towards the compliance of clients’ information needs in the Library of UPT BIT-LIPI Bandung; (3) Relevance of 3D e-Books collections easy access towards the compliance of clients’ information needs in the Library of UPT BIT-LIPI Bandung. Method used in this research was descriptive method with quanitative approach. Instruments used in this research were questionnaire. Data analysis technique used was Pearson Product Moment formula. Data analysis result shows (1) Relevance of 3D e-Books collection in the Library of UPT BIT-LIPI Bandung falls into the category of strong; (2) 3D e-Books collections update in the Library of UPT BIT-LIPI Bandung falls into the category of strong; and (3) Accessibility of 3D e-Books collection is in a very strong category Thus, it is concluded that the relevance of 3D e-Books collections’ availability towards the compliance of clients’ information need is very strong.
