Today, from the comfort of our homes we can renew loan of a book, check online databases, use of specialized information online, visit a library without be physically there, in the same way as common activities include as payments via the Internet, do the grocery shopping, we also can stay connected with people in different countries, where more specifically some companies and businesses have supplied the man in some processes, which has led to transform lifestyles. Engaging in this overwhelming growth and evolution of Information Technologies sectors such as economy, society, politics, and the culture, education, among others. Such has been the impact of ICT, which libraries have generally not been exception. Today ICTs have been incorporated to the extent that now and since 2004 when it was first mentioned the term Web 2.0, gradually changed the library services such as consulting or references.
