- This communication analyzes the scientific production in collaboration in Madrid at three thematic areas ANEP: Chemistry, Molecular, Cellular and Genetic Biology and Physiology and Pharmacology, in the period 1995-2003, with data from the Web of Science. The objectives of the study were to know what collaboration patterns with other autonomous communities existed as well as their graphical representation by means of heliocentric maps. These show the volume of collaboration in the selected areas. The introduction of relative values of impact of Madrid, according to the type of collaboration, allows to know to what extent the collaboration with a determined independent community in the considered period has been "advantageous".
