- This study examines the relationship between corporate governace, Ownership structure and agency cost measured in term asset turn over and operating expense, general expense and administration expense. Collecting data using a purpose sampling method for non-financial companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2008 until 2009and the company that include a list LQ-45. A total of 68 non-financial companies used as a sample. The method of analysis of this study used multiple regression. The result of this study that the variable that affect agency cost is government ownership, institutional ownwership and foreign ownership. While variables that did affect agency cost is board compotiton and concentrated ownership
