- Low level of regional expenditure realization would have an impact on the poor performance of local governments in implementing regional policies relating to the provision of services to the community and promoting local development as stipulated in the budget. The purpose of this study was to identify the factors that affect the level of regional expenditure realization in Bangka regency. The data were collected from the questionnaires and the sampling techniques used judgment-sampling technique, that is part of a purposive technique sampling. To achieve the research objectives, the analysis tool used was exploratory factor analysis. The results showed that there are 5 (five) factors affecting the level the regional expenditure realization in Bangka regency. First, budget implementation factor contributed 38.888 percent in explaining the variation of the whole item
