- This research aims to examine the correlation between socioeconomic status, religious orientation, and social support with burnout of teacher of primary school in Cilacap regency. This research employ stratified random sampling technique. The subjecs of this research were 121 teachers primary schoci. The data were collected by interview method and four questionnaires : the socioeconomic status, religious orientation, social support, and burnout. The data were analyzed using regression and partial correlation analyses. The qualitative method of this research used to explain and enrich the result of statistical analysis.
